Do I need an appointment?
We are an online boutique. You may shop and make purchases at your convenience.
 
To have your veil delivered and custom fitted, or to try one of our styles, please make an appointment. This ensures that we can provide you with the time and attention needed to personalize your experience. Brides who purchased through a partner boutique can schedule an appointment through the location where you purchased your gown. If you found us online or at a bridal show, please request an appointment through our calendar booking system. A stylist fee is required for some appointments. This will be applied to any purchase you make. 

 

 

Cancelling appointments:

Prepaid booking fees are fully refundable for appointments canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time. These fees are always credited toward the purchase of our products. For cancellations made after the 48-hour window, we will evaluate each case individually. Please cancel in our booking system, with the partner store you booked through, or send us a message through our "Contact Us" form (located under Customer Care).

 

Preparing for appointments

Preparations will be discussed when an Unveil It stylist contacts you following the booking of your appointment.

How can I find the perfect veil for my wedding?
It starts with your gown. We will want to see your gown or a detailed picture of your gown (manufacturer or designer HD photos are best.) At Unveil It, we offer a wide range of veil options to suit every bride's style and preference. Whether you're looking for a classic chapel, cathedral-length veil, or a customized design, we have a veil to compliment your gown.

What accessories do you offer?
Our collection includes more than just veils. We also provide a variety of tiaras, headpieces, and can special order capes and belts to complement your bridal look.

 

Do you offer veil customization?

Yes, we recognize that every bride is unique, which is why we offer customization services through our in-house designer or brand partners.

When should I order my veil or headpiece?

Some veils are available for purchase directly through our website. In-stock veils typically arrive within 7-14 days from the order date during non-peak times. However, we recommend placing most orders 3-6 months before your wedding to ensure ample time for customization and delivery.

 

How do I schedule a Trunk Show?

We offer two types of trunk shows. In-store trunk shows are designed to introduce partner stores and their brides to the latest Unveil It veil styles. During these events, pre-orders are available at a discounted rate—it's the perfect time to order your veil!

The Private Trunk Show is available by request for brides who prefer a more intimate setting, either in their homes or private studio. These shows offer brides, bridesmaids, and family members the chance to explore veils in a relaxed atmosphere, complete with light appetizers and beverages. It's a personal touch of elevated service that we are proud to offer.

What is the return policy?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Your sales consultant will assist you in selecting a veil you love and will confirm your satisfaction before finalizing your order. By placing your order, you agree to all terms. Your veil will be delivered within 3-5 business days from when it arrives at our location (please note, this does not include shipping time from the manufacturer). In certain cases, you may also arrange for pickup at our partner stores.
